第三、努力改進當(dāng)前學(xué)生會中所存在的不足。1、繼續(xù)建立和完善各項管理制度和工作體系。推進學(xué)生會工作的制度化、規(guī)范化，系統(tǒng)化和專業(yè)化。做到各項工作有章可尋，獎懲分明，促使各位成員轉(zhuǎn)變工作態(tài)度，提高工作效率。2、轉(zhuǎn)變工作觀念，大膽下放權(quán)利，充分調(diào)動學(xué)生會各個成員的積極性，重點培養(yǎng)一批有潛質(zhì)的同學(xué)做為學(xué)生會今后發(fā)展的重要力量。3、繼續(xù)加強部門內(nèi)部，部門之間，學(xué)生會與各班級之間的溝通和交流，做到群策群力，集思廣益，充分調(diào)動全系同學(xué)的智慧和力量，使更多的同學(xué)參與我系的建設(shè)和發(fā)展，使xx系成為一個團結(jié)協(xié)作，充滿凝聚力的團隊。
